Originally from Atlanta, he is a graduate of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University, in Maryland, from which he holds a bachelors degree in business. He moved to Lower Manhattan in 2000 and renovated a two bedroom co-op loft in a historic Financial District building. When not working, Richard enjoys spinning at the gym, multi-sport adventure travel with Backroads, cooking, photography, museums, and reading the Sunday paper.
