Lisa Beck has been in the real estate profession for over 20 years. Although born in Manhattan Lisa was “replanted” to Bay Ridge Brooklyn when she was a child and has firmly planted her roots there throughout her adult life. Several years ago Lisa purchased and renovated a coop in the grand dame of the Brooklyn prewar buildings, one of the oldest along Shore Road. This experience along with restoring her family's 100 year old farm house in Upstate New York has given Lisa a keen look into the “trials and tribulations” buyers and sellers experience when they too enter the world of real estate. Lisa's area of expertise is the sale of residential property in the various historical brownstone districts of Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Prior to real estate, Lisa worked on Wall Street participating in all aspects of marketing-from the administrative to the sale of new issues on the institutional level. Using her past background, she found an easy and natural transition to her career in real estate.
